Duncan has lived in Somerset West his whole life, is passionate about property and has extensive knowledge and experience in the Helderberg property market. Being an entrepreneur all his working life, he has only owned and run his own companies, and started Duncan Bailey Properties in. 2001. Which is now a successful and reputable real estate company. As Principal he has the following qualifications in real estate – CEA, NQF5 and the company is also a member of IEASA.
Duncan has a wonderful outgoing personality with a high degree of integrity and loyalty which clients are attracted to, ensuring a strong network of long-term relationships.
Candidate Property Practitioner
Karin holds a diploma in Hospitality, as well as a NQF4 in accounting, and is in the process of obtaining her NQF4 as a property Practitioner with the PPRA. She is registered as a candidate property practitioner and holds a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate, and is on track to be fully qualified by the end of 2023.
She resides in the Helderberg basin, and was previously in the Hospitality sector for 10 years, which is a solid base as far as client interaction, relations and service excellence is concerned. She joined Duncan Bailey Properties in 2021, and as the rental portfolio manager, and has made a big impact on both the quality, service, and management of the rental portfolio, which she has also grown substantially.
Her accounting background assists with the administration involved with property management, and her hospitality experience gives her the ability to deal with all Landlords, Tenants and all in a professional, friendly manner. She loves working with people, and will continue to strive to provide exceptional personal service, and results that goes beyond the call of duty.

Mia joined the team in January of 2023 as a Trainee Portfolio Manager.
She is currently working on obtaining her qualifications and is already assisting with the management of the rental portfolio.
